Angelo Powers
Angelo Powers, alias Mico Angelo Aseron, is a Swiss singer, songwriter and composer of Philippine origin. Born in 1995 into a musical family, he trained early in classical piano at the Conservatoire Populaire de Genève, then completed a Bachelor in Jazz Singing and a Master in Vocal Pedagogy at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne.
He quickly gained recognition on the international scene thanks to the Little Dreams foundation, working with artists such as Phil Collins, Jermaine Jackson, Natalie Cole and Youssou N’Dour.
An eclectic artist, Angelo Powers moves between neo-soul, jazz, gospel, hip-hop, funk and groove. On stage, he has shared the bill with many artists including STRESS for his MTV Unplugged.
